  73. Buddha can be accessed and realized that rikaya also serves as a guide for the practitioner to understand the different levels of realization and the progress

  106. the main practice of Doctrine is called tricho which means cutting through or severing the dualistic mind tricho is a meditative practice that involves
  107. cutting through the obscurations that obscure the ground luminosity in recognizing the nature of the Mind directly this is achieved through the
  108. practice of pointing out instruction which is a method for introducing the student to the nature of the mind this instruction is typically given by a
  109. qualified Guru to a student who is considered ready to receive it the instruction is designed to help the student directly recognize the innate
  110. Purity and Perfection of their mind an example of a pointing out instruction in such in Buddhism is as follows the guru says to the student the nature of your
  111. mind is like a mirror the mirror is always present and clear but it is not affected by the reflections that appear on it in the same way the nature of your
  112. mind is always present and clear but it is not affected by the thoughts and emotions that appear on it look into the nature of your mind and see it for
  113. yourself the student then engages in a period of meditation focusing on the nature of their mind and looking into it as instructed through this practice the
  114. student comes to directly recognize the innate Clarity and emptiness of their mind which is the ground Luminosity it's important to note that this is just an
  115. example in the pointing out instruction can be different depending on the guru and the student the pointing out instruction is typically considered to
  116. be a very personal and intimate experience which cannot be fully explained or transmitted through words it needs to be given personally by a
  117. Doctrine Guru to the student once the student has received the pointing out instruction and has tasted the nature of their mind they continue to practice and
  118. stabilize this recognition through meditation practice Doctrine Buddhism emphasizes the importance of self-liberation induction it is said
  119. that the ultimate goal is to recognize the innate Purity and Perfection of the Mind in the present moment according to its auction teachings all phenomena
