  18. and now that we've cultivated an awareness of our body and our soul let's ask God to help us journey

  21. place this place is bathed in light there is no Darkness here there's fullness of joy in his

  23. Glory it's here we Behold Him and worship him in spirit and Truth but something else very special and Supernatural also happens in this

  28. holy so as we dedicate our whole selves Body Soul and Spirit to the Lord he takes our lives and he makes us

  34. let's return our awareness now to the Deep place of our spirit again the place of Union and Oneness with his

  37. to expand and illuminate and overflow into your soul transforming your beliefs emotions and
  38. desires you may not immediately sense a change in your emotions but you accept in this moment that Jehovah
  39. madesh is nonetheless sanctifying these parts of of your soul and you allow this truth to be the overriding belief

  54. within us we can never become our best selves by simply attempting to alter our external behaviors by our own

  56. moments when we say yes to the invitation and give time and attention to him and his transforming Grace and
